Summary
Investigated overflow from loft tank and fluctuating hot feeds. Found issues with ball valve and TMV strainers, which were resolved temporarily.

INTERVENTION REQUIRED- Silted TMV strainers
- Ball valve weeping
Cleaned strainers and reset ball valve to stop overflow; temporary fix in place.
